Dasmah Accounting (Dasmah Productions Inc) was incorporated in 2000 to service Charter Schools in Arizona. The needs of Charter Schools are complicated and required specialized knowledge and organized accounting procedures. The company quickly expanded to provide a high level of service that was tailored to the growth of the individual schools needs.
Today Dasmah Accounting‘s client base has grown to include a portfolio of Sole Proprietor businesses, medium to large companies in the fields of construction, restaurants, service companies and specialist charter schools. The company is flexible and provides a range of services to suit their client’s needs.
The company was formed to service Arizona and Metro Phoenix businesses. Some clients have multiple State filings which Dasmah Accounting is structured to file.

The company has developed a strong ethical code of practice and meets all professional regulations, maintaining a confidential disclosure policy ensuring all information provided by its clients is fully protected and will not be released without written instruction from its clients.
Paul Spears
CEO and Owner has a background in Teaching, Engineering and Accountancy, Paul’s experience is focused and knowledgeable.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Math Major and Philosophy from Wichita State University, a Masters in Education Administration and Supervision from Wichita University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Accounting (Graduated with Honors) from University of Phoenix.
Paul has more than 10 years experience in both Peachtree and QuickBooks accounting software and is a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor.
He likes to relax listening to the classical music, reading and studies current economic and political trends.
